This rather short round leads from the Jenner mountain station via the Mitterkaseralm to the Carl von Stahl house. You can take the Jennerbahn to the starting point (note the timetable and prices). From there it's a leisurely hike to the seasonally managed Mitterkaseralm with a detour to the Vogelstein vantage point.
Shortly thereafter, it goes slightly and steadily uphill until you turn sharp right just before the German-Austrian border and enjoy the view of the Pfaffenkegel following the border. From the vantage point, it goes to the Carl-von-Stahl-Haus, which is open all year round (it is essential to book in advance for overnight stays).
