The Schützensteig was specially designed for families and beginners. It can be reached on foot from the Hinterbrand car park or, more conveniently and quickly, from the Jenner mountain station in around 15 minutes. The Schützensteig leads to the summit of the Kleiner Jenner (Vogelstein) and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains and the Königssee.
