Wonderful panoramic hike in the Berchtesgaden National Park, Bavaria.
The hike begins at the Jennerbahn mountain station with a detour to the magnificent Jenner vantage point before the descent begins.
From the valley station in Königssee, you can take the Jennerbahn to the middle and mountain stations (note the timetable and prices). Via the seasonally managed Schneibsteinhaus, the route leads along the Königsberggraben to the Königsbachalm. You can also stop here (open mid-May to October). From here the path continues to descend to the destination - the famous Königssee. There you can end the day nicely.
