Saalburgtour

The tour starts in the centre of Wehrheim (town hall/tourist information office), which can be reached from the railway station via Bahnhofstraße. Via the railway station you reach the cycle path towards Obernhain. Cycle through the centre of Obernhain along the rebuilt road in the direction of Saalburg. At the fort, you cross a bridge into the Limes forest. A paved descent leads to the Lochmühle/ Saalburg railway station. Here you can extend this tour with the Limes route or return to Wehrheim.
