Deutscher Limesradweg Wehrheim

The tour starts in the centre of Wehrheim (town hall/tourist information office), which can be reached from the train station via Bahnhofstraße. Follow the main road in the direction of the cemetery/swimming pool. At the cemetery, turn left towards Pfaffenwiesbach. The cycle path leads to Pfaffenwiesbach via the Schlink car park. From there, head towards Kapersburg and above the church to the Limes cycle path. In the village, the signposts lead to Bad Nauheim. Follow Forsthausstraße uphill past the indoor riding arena to the Limes car park. Here you have an impressive panoramic view over the heights of the Hintertaunus. Now you enter the forest and turn right after the burial mounds, at a fork in the path, towards the Wehrheim railway. The German Limes Cycle Route is now signposted in the direction of Lochmühle. You can now cycle along the German Limes Cycle Route for approx. 5.5 kilometres to Lochmühle. On Köpperner Straße, the route finally leads back towards Wehrheim and the Wehrheim town centre.
