A varied circular hike through the Märzenbecherwiesen NSG, the idyllic Polenztal, around the Steinberg and past the Heeselicht game reserve. The route can be started from the Bockmühle guesthouse as well as from Heeselicht. There are several rest stops along the way, including the Gasthof Bockmühle, the Scheibenmühle and the country hotel "Zum Erbgericht Heeselicht".
