On the tour you will encounter varied landscapes, where you will see one of the most famous rock formations in Saxon Switzerland. From the bastion and the famous bastion bridge you have a unique view of the Elbe valley and the large mesas. The way there leads from the starting point downhill through the idyllic Amselgrund past the beautiful Amselsee and Amselfall. It's a relaxed ride via Rathen along the Elbe to Wehlen. There is an ascent ahead over the Höllengrund past the Steinernen Tisch to the impressive rock formations of the Bastei with worthwhile detours to the Wehlsteinaussicht or Ferdinandaussicht. At the end, the path meets the Amselgrund again, which takes you back to the starting point.
