Popular loop trail in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park, Bavaria.
At the end of Schulstraße, turn left in the direction of Hill/Spielberg. After a 1.2 km walk, the forest begins behind Spielberg. After about the same distance you come to the Steinbach at the fish ponds. Follow this stream in its direction of flow for 1.3 km through its valley. At the village of Steinbach/Harras, turn right and walk 1 km through the forest on the slightly uphill road. After the forest you can see the Blaibacher valley. The last kilometer of the hike leads back to Blaibach on the Alte Kötztinger Straße. There are places to stop for refreshments in Gradis and in Steinbach.
