Popular loop trail in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park, Bavaria.
From the starting point at the town hall, turn right and immediately left again into the Reiterweg. Then turn right onto the cycle path. You hike past the Kneipp basin, where the feet can be invigorated. Then turn left and follow the Herrnbrunnstraße. The path leads alternately over meadows and through forest, sometimes steeply uphill to Höhenried. In Höhenried keep to the right and come to Anzenberg. On the way across the corridors you always have wonderful views of the surrounding areas. Following the markings, you can admire the stone figure of St. Nepumuk from 1636 on the side of the path before you reach Heitzelsberg. In Heitzelsberg there is a rest stop in the Gasthaus Wieser. Via Rabenhof, Holzhof and Voggenzell you come to a forest on an asphalted path. In this you walk left over forest paths to the hedge area Eismannsberg with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. You return to Miltach via Untervierau and the cycle path.
