This fairly short circular trail starts in the small village of Ranzow and leads through the Jasmund National Park. The route leads through beautiful beech forest in the direction of Stubbenkammer. There you can visit Rügen's landmark - the Königsstuhl - for a fee at the National Park Centre. The view of the Baltic Sea and the chalk cliffs is magnificent.
The route leads back to the starting point along the coast via the Hochuferweg path through the forest.
