Hagen and Kollicker Ort

Idyllic hike in the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Jasmund Nature Park, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. This hike can be reached by bus and train (Hagen car park bus stop). For those arriving by car, there are paid parking facilities at the starting point. There are also places to stop for refreshments. The route starts in the east of Hagen and heads east towards the beautiful Victoria View and the famous Königstuhl (entrance fee for sightseeing) on the Baltic coast of Rügen. The route passes numerous inland lakes and the famous Hertha beech tree along marvellous beech forest paths. The route continues along the "Forest" adventure trail, where nature can be discovered in a playful and creative way. The hiking trail then runs along the coast to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Jasmund Nature Park and back to Hagen. In between, the path is sometimes quite steep and rooty, which is why a certain basic fitness level is an advantage. Caution! Due to the risk of falling, only approach the cliff edge up to the marked points and only use the designated beach access points.
