Popular and scenic circular route in the Jasmund National Park, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
This circular trail first leads along the Hochuferweg trail from Lohme and then back to Lohme via a different route. You won't get bored here. The Hochuferweg, which leads through the World Heritage beech forest, offers marvellous views of the Baltic Sea and the chalk cliffs. Finally, the Stubbenkammer is reached and with it the National Park Centre. The park's landmark, the Königsstuhl, can be visited for a fee. There is also the opportunity to stop for refreshments.
Finally, the route leads idyllically back through the forest. The last stretch before Lohme leads past the Ranzow golf castle.
Caution! The paths can be extremely slippery in the rain.
