Lohme - Hagen - Stubbenkammer Circular

Versatile circular hike through the Jasmund National Park, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. This is a medium-length hike through the northern part of Jasmund National Park. The route not only leads along some of Rügen's most popular attractions, such as the famous chalk cliff "Königsstuhl", but also enchants with great views of the Baltic Sea and a route through the Stubnitz beech forest in Jasmund National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From Lohme, the route follows the Hochuferweg with wonderful views of the sea and the chalk cliffs. Caution! Due to the risk of falling, only approach the cliff edge up to the marked points and only use the designated beach access points. Once you have arrived at the National Park Centre, you can visit the famous Königsstuhl for an entrance fee and also go on a hike. Another beautiful view is the Victoria View. Follow the Hochuferweg to the Kollicker Bach stream and then turn right along the stream to Kollicker Ort. Idyllically through the forest past the Alte Torfmoos, you reach the village of Hagen. From Hagen, follow the forest and a stretch along the Ranzow golf course to Lohme. The tour goes up and down, which is why sturdy footwear and a basic level of fitness are an advantage.
