Hagen - Königsstuhl - Lohme

Panoramic circular route from Hagen in the Jasmund National Park, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. This is a great circular route where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Königstuhl and the Victoria view and then enjoy a bite to eat in Lohme. The route is a great way to explore the northern part of Jasmund National Park. This route starts in the town of Hagen at the paid car park and leads to the cliffs of the famous Königsstuhl - the landmark of Rügen. It first leads through impressive World Heritage beech forests, past the region's old peat bog and Lake Hertha. Follow the yellow hiking markings to reach the chalk coast. Here the trail leads along the "Forest" adventure trail, where nature can be discovered in a playful and creative way. Finally, you reach the Stubbenkammer with the Königsstuhl. There is an entrance fee for this visit. After visiting the Victoria View, the route continues past the Königsstuhl restaurant along the cliffs through the forest to Lohme. Great views of the Baltic Sea await you here too. Beware of the risk of falling! Only use the signposted sections of beach and do not step too close to the cliff edge. Once you arrive in Lohme, it's worth stopping off at the "Niedlich" café before heading back to Hagen past the Ranzow golf course.
