This route offers many cultural and culinary highlights of the relaxing Baltic seaside resort of Zingst.
The circular tour of the peninsula begins at the Freesenbruch campsite on the western edge of the town. The first 2.5 km through the Baltic seaside resort of Zingst lead along a paved dyke path along the Freesenbruch to the refuge on the Zingster Strom.
The port of Zingst is a further 1.5 km away. Here you can take a boat trip or make a short stop for ice cream.
The dyke path then continues to the Kirr landing stage near Müggenburg. This is where the national park begins.
The route leads along the concrete track cycle path below the new Bodden dyke to Sundische Wiese.
