Very nice quiet hike with a lot of solitude and beautiful landscapes. It can happen that many farmers are out and about to drive away sheep that have grazed wild all summer around the Hirschberg. The summit area can therefore be heavily clogged on the paths.

The Zundereck is located on the ridge that bounds the Kistenkar to the west. The tour requires good orientation skills in steep alpine terrain, but rewards with impressive views of the Pfrühlmoos below in the west and the Kistenkar below to the east. Although the tour is not pathless, the existing climbs lead through terrain that is sometimes at risk of falling or slipping, so the hike is to be rated as T4 and should only be done by experienced hikers.
