Eschenlohe-Enningalm

From the PP at the motorway exit Eschenlohe (625m) south. Always follow the forest road towards the Höhenberg. In Katzental left valley outward. At 720m left in the trail to the 7 banks and down to Oberau. Follow the Giessenbachfußweg to St. Georg. On the Hirschbergweg or the Spielleitenweg to Farchant (680m). At Lahnenwiesgraben turn right onto the forest road to the Enningalm. This or the signs to the Enningalm always monotonously follow. On the Enningalm (1560m) on the left on the except for some switchbacks usually the steep slope crossing trail to Rotmoosalm (1200m). The Elmaubach out of the valley "chain right" in rushing drive to the branch (930m) Oberammergau / Ettal, from now to Ettal. In Ettal (880m) cross the B23 and turn left onto the path towards Notkarspitze. Turn left at the first branch (900m) in the forest and onto the B23. A forest road branches off to the right (Alte Bergstrasse / Alte Ettaler Strasse), which leads straight down to Oberau (700m). In Oberau turn left towards Loisachblick. Soon you reach the forest road to Höllenstein and the asphalt road to Eschenlohe.
