Best hard trails in Naturschutzgebiet Isarauen zwischen Schäftlarn und Bad Tölz

This is Stage 4 of the Issarrun and begins in the heart of Wolfratshausen. The route follows the Isar River through Bad Tölz and Lenggries to the Sylvenstein Reservoir. It can be run, hiked, or mountain biked. Mountain bikers should be prepared for sections where they’ll have to push their bikes in the first part of the route. Here, there are barely any rideable trails, with numerous fallen trees.
