Relaxed circular hiking trail in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park, Bavaria.
Starting point is the hiking board at the church square. Walk out of town on Bahnhofstraße over the two bridges to Kreuzbach. There you turn right about 100 metres after the second bridge and walk along the road until the narrow cycle path begins. This leads you through the Regental valley along the Regen river directly to Miltach with its impressive castle. You then return to the entrance to the town, where you turn left at the town hall towards the railway station. Leave the main road immediately after the Regenbrücke bridge and turn right along the riverbank. After crossing the railway line, follow the narrow path directly by the water straight ahead and walk along the banks of the Regen River back to Blaibach, where you return to the village at the sports ground. Refreshment stops include the Pizzeria Vesuvio in Blaibach and the restaurants in Miltach.
