From Oberndorf (refreshments available at Gasthaus Hofmann), follow the main road in the direction of Widderberg. Follow the path uphill to the right, past a seating area. After crossing the forest, turn right at the field cross towards Eichelhof. Here you have a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains in the region. At the fork in the path, take the path to the right towards Oberndorf.
