This is the seventh and last stage of the certified quality hiking trail "Ith-Hils-Weg", which leads over two distinctive mountain ranges in the eastern Weser Uplands in an approximately 80 km long loop. This section of the long-distance hike begins in Salzhemmendorf and ends after less than 10 km in Coppenbrügge. This is a relaxing hike through open field landscapes and along the edge of the forest along the NSG Saubrink / Oberberg. There are places to stay overnight and restaurants at the end of the stage.
