The tour begins in Wehrheimer Mitte (town hall / tourist information), which can be reached from the train station via Bahnhofstrasse. Via the train station you get to the cycle path towards Obernhain. Drive through the center of Obernhain on the dismantled road in the direction of Saalburg. A bridge at the fort leads to the Limes Forest. A paved run leads to the Lochmühle / Saalburg train station. Here you can extend this tour with the Limes route or return to Wehrheim.
