Niddatour

The bike tour leads to the Nidda and ends in Ffm-Rödelheim at the S-Bahn station. The use of the S-Bahn or Taunusbahn is recorded for the return journey from Rödelheim. The tour begins in Wehrheimer Mitte (town hall / tourist information), which can be reached from the train station via Bahnhofstrasse. The bike tour leads past the Wehrheim swimming pool in the direction of Köppern. There you drive past the petrol stations and turn left into Austraße after the church. Now turn right into Wienerstraße and finally left into Gärtnerweg. At the end of the path you reach the edge of the forest. Here you do not drive in the direction of Karben, but straight ahead at the arrow in the direction of Friedrichsdorf. The first road on the left then leads to the railway bridge at the industrial park. Here you keep immediately to the left and cross the roundabout, pass the recycling center and at the end of the street you come to a farm road. Now drive right and at the first intersection turn left into the regional park route. After 1 km you reach the southernmost point of the tour, the sun deck Rehlingsbach of the Regional Park Rundroute (https://www.regionalpark-rheinmain.de/ portfolio-item / regionalpark-rundroute /). From here it goes on the regional park route (Erlenbachfurt Friedrichsdorf, Reinhardshof with farmer's shop) to Karben to the B3. Now you can turn right over Karben (around the REWE market, then underpass and over the S-Bahn station) or left over Okarben (main street) to the Nidda and thus to the Niddaradweg. The cycle path leads along the river to Rödelheim to the S-Bahn (signposted). Here you can get back to Wehrheim with the S 5 or the direct connection of the Taunusbahn.
