Zum Haidstein

Varied hiking route in Grafenwiesen, Bavaria. The hiking trail starts at the town hall square and runs towards Schönbuchener Straße. Pass the pedestrian crossing to the Grafenwiesen spa gardens and parallel to the railroad line. Then follow the path to the right over the two rain bridges in the direction of Zittenhof. Keep left at the hiking sign. In Zittenhof you will find a small chapel with a mighty lime tree, which is a nature reserve. Before this ensemble, turn right towards Voggendorf. At the junction with "Hauser Weg", follow the road towards Voggendorf-Ortsmitte-FFW-Haus. Now keep right and follow the Kettersdorfer Weg. At the next settlement, turn left and walk through the forest in the direction of Oberramsried and Ramsried. Take care when crossing the Ramsried road. The trail continues to Liebenstein. The markings lead to the Hotel Bayerwaldhof. At this building complex, the hiking sign points in the direction of Haidstein. Together with many other markings, you now hike to Haidstein, on whose summit with cross you can visit the pilgrimage church of St. Ulrich and enjoy the view over the Cham basin.
