The starting point is the village square in Rimbach. The Haidsteiner Weg takes you in the direction of Kühberg. An easily walkable forest path overgrown with moss takes you to Kettersdorf. Soon after, Liebenstein is already in sight. From here the ascent to the Haidstein begins. Near the summit cross is a pilgrimage church and a rest area where you can take a break before the hike to Ried a. Haidstein continues. The 1000-year-old Wolframslinde, a natural monument, is worth a visit. Then the hike goes back to Liebenstein. From there you have the already known path as the way back to Rimbach.
