Panoramic ascent to the Halsalm, Bavaria.
The hike starts on the Triebenbachstrasse. There are perking lots or take the bus (Halsalm bus stop). From there, a partly steep path leads continuously uphill through forest and across mountain meadows to the Halsalm. This is traditionally managed during the season and invites to stop for a hearty Bavarian meal. The view of the Hintersee is also very attractive. The same route leads downhill again. The hike can optionally be extended as a circular route.
