A varied bike tour in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, Baden-Wuerttemberg
There is hardly a better way to experience the Black Forest than on this bike tour from Schönau. The loop is extremely varied, but with over 110 km in length and some meters of altitude to be overcome, it is also quite sporty. In the first 20 km there is already a steep uphill climb to the Feldberg. Great views over the wooded hills of the southern Black Forest as well as a stop in numerous idyllic villages are the reward for the physical exertion. Reachable by bus and train (starting point is the "Schönau Zentrum" stop). There are places to stay and stop for a break. If necessary, the section between Feldberg-Bärental and Schluchsee can be covered by train.
