Best forest trails in Jasmund National Park, Germany

This route begins in the town of Hagen and leads to the cliffs at Königsstuhl. The hike first leads through green beech forests, past the old peat bog of the region. Follow the yellow hiking trail to get to the chalk cliff. Here you can expect a summer flowering fever clover and wool grass. A branch to the right brings you to the essence, a wetland that leads to the Herthas the deepest waters of the National Park. Finally you reach the stubbenkammer with the chalk cliffs and the Königsstuhl.Show more
