The visitor center can be found in Menz. The so-called NaturParkHaus shows interactive exhibitions that are interesting for young and old. From October to April, the visitor center is open during the week from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and on weekends/holidays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. From May to September, the opening hours are extended by one hour until 5 pm.
