This route is a trail with a short climb and a beautiful panoramic view. Neumannmühle and Altes Zeughaus also offer refreshments. The route begins in the Neumannmühle and follows the Großer Zschandbach south towards Teichstein, from where you have a wonderful view of the national park.
The way up to the Große Teichstein is hardly or not at all marked and you should bring good orientation, sure-footedness and good shoes. It goes partly through a narrower path secured with a steel chain. There may be a risk of falling in some places, as well as falling trees and branches. The Teichstein can only be climbed from one side, which is why you go back the same way after a magnificent view.
