The Worpswede "Gastgeber Stammtisch e.V." (Host association) has set itself the task of bringing the topic of deceleration more to the fore in the lives of Worpswede residents and all other people. For this purpose they have now also developed the Weyerbarger Sliekpadd. The deceleration path starts at the Worpswede tourist information and leads along particularly beautiful places in the artist village and the Weyerberg. Beautiful flower strips, bright fields and a wonderful view of the landscape make it easy to relax on this almost 3 km long path. The aim and purpose of this path is for people to be more aware of their surroundings, relax and regain their strength. Also planned are loungers, sky gazers, an insect hotel and an area in which the forest will be left to its own devices again.
