The Lilienthal cycle route no. 5 (Li5) starts in the historic town centre of Lilienthal. The route crosses Grasberg and continues in the direction of Hammeschleuse. The route then goes along the Hamme for a moment before heading to St. Jürgensland and the Wümme, the third river on the cycle tour. On the last few kilometres, the route passes the Gehrdener Sielfleet, the Semkenfahrt lock and the lowlands of the Wümme dyke.
