Relaxed hike in Bremen, Germany.
The route follows the former small railway that ran from Bremen to Tarmstedt and was initiated by Johann Reiners. The small railway was inaugurated in 1900, but was shut down more than 50 years later because it was not profitable. The railway line was then demolished and the Jan Reiners hiking trail was built in its place.
