The Lilienthal cycle loop Li2 leads through the old town center of Lilienthal, along the monastery church, the small train station "Jan Reiners" to the district Trupermoor. The former Lilienthaler Kleinbahnhof was a central stop for the Bremen - Tarmstedt railway line from 1900 to 1954. In 1992 the station was extensively renovated and returned to its original state. The next stage of the route leads via Worphausen to Lüninghausen and Frankenburg, which got its name from the nearby Hoege. Originally the Hoege was a ring wall castle, built by Emperor Charlemagne around 810.
