Loop
Idyllic loop from Mittenwald in the Alpenwelt Karwendel. This moderate loop has plenty of variety to offer - an easily accessible panoramic summit, two beautiful mountain lakes and a variety of places to stop for refreshments. From the valley station of the Kranzbergbahn cable car, the route first leads to the picturesque Lautersee and Ferchensee lakes. The hiking route then leads up to the Hoher Kranzberg. From here, there are fantastic views of the Bavarian Alps, so it can get a little crowded, especially in good weather.
