The starting point of this hike is the car park near Altenhofstetten. Keep going for a short distance in the direction of Michelsneukirchen, then turn left and hike across the vineyard to Forst. In Forst, turn left and walk in the direction of the Kothmuehle. There you turn sharp left and hike back over the Auholz to Reichersdorf back to the starting point.
