This is a great grade 5 trail with stunning views of the National Park and beyond - including salt lakes and the basin. The path takes you through mallee and shrub mixed with granite giving you a true Great Western Woodlands experience.
The path is marked by white-tipped posts to the summit while you travel across the granite. The final third of the ascent is the steepest terrain and can be tough to navigate when wet so take care in adverse conditions.
