An enjoyable walk from Chapman Pool Campsite along the Heritage Trail to where the Trail is no longer to the public due to it being Private Property. The return leg uses several other tracks in the forest. There are also other tracks within the forest that give ample opportunities to extend the walk. A beautiful remote paddle located in Blackwood National Park, in the Shire of Nannup - not too far from Margaret River, Western Australia. The paddle trail starts about six kilometres upstream from Sues Road. From here you'll paddle upstream along the Blackwood River to Pablo's rapids.
The river itself is narrow in parts and lots of trees to work around on the lower tides, but well worth the effort to kayak in a remote part and enjoy nature.
