Mainly uphill with some fairly steep sections on the the outward leg and visa-verse on the return. It is a fairly well marked trail to the first lookout then if you continue from here to the broadcast towers it is a poorly maintained and not well used trail (almost free trail) along a ridge. Most of the ridge although not well marked is fairly easy to follow and the undergrowth is not too thick to impede your progress. When you get to the first lookout, go to the right to a large rock outcrop...
