A short walk from the top to Sleipner Lookout along a section of Zamia Walk. It has views across to the pointy peak of Mount Sleipner. A wheelchair accessible trail is being constructed here.
The trail is downhill to the lookout then it's a steep climb back up to the parking area.
You can extend your walk along the Fraser Park Tracks that start from the trailhead or if up for a challenge do the full Zamia Walk which starts at the base of the mountain range closer to town.

An enjoyable trail through the Mount Archer National Park on the central east coast of Queensland. This out and back trail begins and ends from Sunset Drive in the town of Rockhampton.
The trail itself has a good mixture of fire trails, creek side walking trails and some steep ascents. Lots of shade in the rainforest sections, but some full sun areas on the fire trail.
The hillsides full of Zamia palms are impressive as are the views from the summit.
