A beautiful peaceful trail through the Girringun National Park in the Cassowary Coast Region of Queensland, located not too far from the coastal town of Cardwell.
This nice easy trail begins and ends from the Murray Falls campground before passing several lookouts to soak up the waterfall views. The track itself is well maintained and also has educational signposts along the way up to the waterfalls that explain indigenous culture.

A lovely trail through the Girramay National Park in Far North Queensland, located in between Townsville and Innisfail. This out and back route begins and ends from Kirrama Range Road.
From here it's a relatively short walk up to the Kennedy Creek Falls and back down again. The trail itself is lovely and gets quite narrow towards the end. Lots of leeches in this area.

Wreck Creek Walk leads you through coastal vegetation and emerges onto a beach just south from the mouth of Wreck Creek.
You're likely to see lots of sea birds and wildlife on this route, including orange-footed scrubfowls, colourful mangrove crabs and lace monitor lizards basking in the sun. It's a good idea to take insect repellent to protect from midges.
The trail begins from Edmund Kennedy day-use area and can only be attempted at low tide due to the dangers of wading crocodiles.
