Spectacular views, even spotting turtles. Clear, well shaded path. Easiest access is to begin the hike at the boat ramp on entrance to the Cape Hillsborough Resort found on the left just after the playground. Check tide before leaving to ensure you can complete the circuit to avoid the uphill climb more than is necessary. Hiking boots preferable over sandshoes. Some fitness required on incline. Well worth the effort.
Andrews Point Track
The trail starts at the northern end of the Cape Hillsborough beach and takes you over the ridge to Beachcomber Cove and the creek that empties onto the beach. This walk can be done as a circuit of the tide is low as you can simply walk back along the beach.
