Point to point
Interesting hike in the Thuringian Forest and Thuringian Burgenland. This interesting hike runs along the Apfelstädt cycle path, so it can also be easily travelled by bike. It is dedicated to the question of how people used and still use rivers today. Pupils from the region have designed display boards along the way. The start is at the car park on the "Schlaufweg", right next to the cosy ice cream parlour at the Kurpark. There are public bathrooms on the other side of the road from the car park. The tour ends at the Günthersleben geoinformation point in the former moated castle. Highlights: - GeoInfopoint Günthersleben - Display boards
