A varied bike tour near Königstein, Saxony
From Koenigstein the road goes along the Biela and the Cunnersdorfer Bach to Cunnersdorf (outdoor pool!). There you turn onto Taubenbachweg. You cycle to Schöna on quiet forest roads and from Schöna on the Elbe Cycle Path back to the starting point. At the pigeon pond (recommended!) You can take a break after the long but gentle ascent to strengthen yourself for a descent and two further climbs. Then you can go to the banks of the Elbe without pedaling! It is very worthwhile to stop every now and then to enjoy the wonderful nature. Accessible by bus and train. There are places to stop for a break.
