Adventurous and promising tightrope walk near Bad Schandau, Saxony.
This beautiful hike starts at the ferry dock in Schmilka and leads on adventurous paths with numerous climbs, steep ladders, worn stone steps and through narrow gorges up to the Schrammstein viewpoint. Up here you are rewarded with a fantastic panoramic view of the Großer Winterberg, the Rosenberg, the Lilienstein and the Torsteine. Via the Obrigensteig it goes down to Postelwitz. From here you can take the bus back to Bad Schandau National Park Train Station.
