Certified, promising premium hiking trail in the Rhine-Mosel-Eifel-Land, Rhineland-Palatinate.
After a short time the path leads uphill to the Alzbachtalwasser biotope. Now it gets steep but it leads through the forest in the shade. Above is a bench that invites you to relax while enjoying the wonderful views. Then it leads through the fields over the plateau. We continue down through the forest to the winegrower's hut, past old wine terraces - hence the name Terassenmosel. Here the path offers a beautiful view of Hatzenport and the Moselle. You walk through the vineyard to the Rabenlay lookout point.
