Scenic tour in the Palatinate Forest Mountain Bike Park, Rhineland-Palatinate.
A beautiful tour with many opportunities for discovery tours, but which requires safe riding technique and some experience. There are challenging hairpin bends that also lead along loose ground and some flowing sections on slopes. A short detour to the Luitpoldturm tower is worthwhile on the way, from where over 100 peaks in the surrounding area can be seen!
The start is at the "Hauenstein Mitte" railway station. There are cafés and restaurants in Hauenstein to stop off at after the tour.
Between the centre of Hauenstein and the train station, the tour is partially marked with no. 12. There are no markings between the Katzenkopf car park and Hermersbergerhof.
