3rd stage of the popular long-distance hiking trail Hünenweg This section of the route leads out of the town of Bramsche into the countryside. But before leaving the town, a short stopover should be made at the 900-year-old St. Martin's Church and the Clothmaker Museum. After leaving the city, the hike leads past a 28 meter high tower, the Bramscher Memorial. This offers a great view of the surroundings. Finally, the trail reaches a quarry where quartzite is still quarried today. However, part of the quarry has been shut down and is gradually being reclaimed by nature.
