Wadenkneifer RTF - 155 Route

Official route of the RTF. This well-known Wadenkneifer cycle tour offers a great endurance challenge over its long distance and crosses the picturesque, profiled hills of the Wiehengebirge in Lower Saxony. The challenging 155-kilometre route requires an excellent level of fitness to overcome 1,240 cumulative meters of elevation gain due to a constant succession of short, steep climbs. The route takes cyclists through the charming Teuto-Münsterland region on roads and paths with little traffic. Although the surfaces are not technical, this tour is a serious physical test that has been organized by the TuS Engter cycling department for over four decades.
