The route begins directly on the Teltow Canal at the height of the Berlin Wall Trail. Following this, the route runs along the green bank. Crossing the Eugen-Kleine-Brücke, one passes the former Lichterfelde satellite camp and continues on the other bank until the Steglitz city park is reached. In this a small lap is turned and then it goes back until you finally take the bridge directly at Teltow back to the starting point. There are restaurants in the vicinity of the route.
